AIMEX plans each business development issue with a project approach and sets out the requirements and constraints, objective inputs and outputs.
In addition to corporate management expectations, internal customer expectations, demand and solution suggestions and problem sources are evaluated together with AIMEX specific applications and action plans are formed in line with the priorities.
It takes part in the processes together with the team and takes responsibility for both team coaching and managerial reporting.
The project plan also periodically reports progress and deviations in the current situation. It acts as a bridge in the management and organization information flow.
